Responsibilities
- Responsible for executing installation of ductwork plans
Installation of HVAC related equipment following company policies and manufacturer’s specifications
- Perform installation of flex and sheet metal duct systems in residential buildings
- Provide necessary support to team members to complete tasks on time
Qualifications
- 3 years minimum experience in the Sheet Metal Trade
Previous experience in the HVAC field
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Able to perform duties in a professional and timely manner without direct supervision
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Current Driver’s license

SERVICE TECHNICIAN
SERVICE TECHNICIAN
Applicants must be able to service and maintain residential and light commercial HVAC equipment. This includes: AC and heat pump units, ductless mini splits, high efficiency furnaces and boilers. A basic level of knowledge in controls and low voltage wiring is also necessary.
Responsibilities
- Install new heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems
- Inspect, troubleshoot, diagnose and perform equipment repairs and replacement
- Perform routine preventative maintenance
- Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
Qualifications
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills

- Previous experience in the HVAC field
- Familiarity with HVAC wiring diagrams
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Current Driver’s license
